What can any body tell me about the twin exaust on my D. The pipes I know are 4 inch irrigation pipe and bolt right up to the manafolds. I was told they were a delar option and did they come on any other tractor? Thanks for ani info. D dude

D Dude sorry it was not available from John Deere, not in the parts book, sure wish it was, as it's a pain to keep changeing to single for some pulls.
It is now available from Rosewood Mach, about 250.00 now.
I went to a truck shop and got 2 4" X 3 foot chrome truck stacks and welded them to the cast elbows, they are pretty loud, I think I will let Steve Crum build me a pair as he will eliminate the that restrictive cast elbow. His work is show qualitiy delux.

Friend of mine, dad has a 27' I think, they found a NOS twin pipe manifold, said it was a actual JD power upgrade for older D's

Call Steve Crum in Athens, PA @ 1-800-736-6432

He may not be able to answer your specific question on the factory option but he can fabricate just about anything you may need. Ask him about his latest project for the exhaust for a JD R.
