What are options for big bore JD B's?

Ok guys, What are our choices for making a big bore JD B? A Powerblock can be bored to 5.125" and sleeved to 5.25" but beyond that, what are the choices and costs? I think I've seen some 5.5" blocks where they welded sleeves in.

I've been toying with the idea of casting an overgrown block for a B to get up in that 6"-6.25" bore, but if there's a cheaper/easier way, trust me, I'm all ears...

How much room do you have between the frame rails?

1941-1946 looks like 13.5" on the 5/8" thick frame rails (thin to 3/8" and now you have 14" wide.)

1947 & up - almost 14.5" where the cylinders are their biggest.

I don't have access to an unstyled or a 39-40.
