That there were some 460/560 guys there (Brooks, Cox) that were complaining that they wouldn't pull at 30% over on RPMS that were there, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it 30% over for 12 mph classes?

I pull with them all summer, and have never, ever had a reason to think they werent good guys. Please elaborate on what you call these "true colors"
