I am a tractor puller! I pull on the same track as every one else at an event. Some tracks are good some not so good, but I have not found the perfect track. Learn to read the track and watch how other tractors react to the conditions. Learn how your tractor reacts and drive in a manner that suits the track. Quit the whinning and learn how to be a tractor puller instead of a CRY BABY!

Keep in mind that there are 75+ horse type events, one go-cart race, and one tractor pull. We have to take what is there and do our best. Over the years the gumbo has become mixed with sand because the sand has to go down first. The first year gumbo was put down first and it took arena staff working around the clock to get the stuff up. If there is anything we can do to make it better, we will. Sweeper

Calm down Two-Tone! You sound too much like me. I'm hoping these guys understand the MEAN GREEN PULLING TEAM didn't like the track either, and they will do everything within their power to make it better next year. I'll tell you this. I'm planning on going back next year however the track turns out. I agree with you 100%. Good track or bad, we all pull on the same track. Let's start preparing for the Big Dance next December. Have fun!!!!!

I like what I'm hearing. You need to read the track. Lamont made a good read Friday and two bad reads Saturday. Not slamming you brother but I'm just saying more pullers should be like the guys on this post. Read the track, if it's a good pull be proud, if it's a bad pull just load up and go home and be happy you live in a country where we can have a great time. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
