You guys are kind of hard on this so called stock puller. Don't you know that this is the only way you can make a WC/WD/WD45/D17 competitive in the stock classes is to do these kind of alterations. If he works on it real hard he even might beat a stock H Farmall or B John Deere!!!

The pistons would work just fine. The 175 was the same bore and stroke as the 45. The crank might with a lot of work, the 175 had larger diameter main journals, but they are both 4.5" stroke so you wouldn't gain much anyway. I've heard the 175 cam helps, but I have no idea what it takes to get it in the block. Not sure how stock a WC is with a WD 45 engine anyway. Why not stuff all the 45 and 175 parts into the WC block? They all fit same as the 45.

In my neck of the wood's you wont pull it in a stock class wntil you put the stock block back in it and go back to your 12.4 28 tires, It sound like it should go to the modified class where it belongs and leave the stock as they get tractors alone!!!!!
