It will kick more dirt up in front of the pan on a transfer sled. Most of the sleds I am around the pan is a lot narrower than the rules allow the rear width of the tractor to be. If the the pan is 80 inches wide and the outside of the tires is at 94 thats 7" or tire on each side that won't be kicking dirt up in front of the pan.

I have mine inside to expose less axle. Less axle twist. Dont really think it will make you pull better. Also my rims had the right off-set. Hope this helps.

Narrowing up the rear track should help you pull straighter.

Tried turning the hubs from dish out to dish in a few years ago. Stock Farm Class. Tractor never pulled as well, not sure why. Went back to dish out again and was pulling as good as it did before. Thought having hubs closer to housing and more axel out would help but it never for some reason. Pulls better with hubs closer to end of axel. Maybe Chad would know why. He seems to have a good idea of the dynamics of how, why things work.

The only reason I turn em inside out is to make putting wheel weights on easier. Dont have to reach in so far to get the weight inside the dish. Chad
