1.Can anyone tell me if you can stroke a 310 waukesha to 5.5 inches using a 2.00 inch 77 rod without running into problems with the pressure lubed crank.

2. What about a 283 crankshaft stroked to 5.5"?

3. Will a 310 crankshaft fit into a 283 block?

You can stroke a 283 or a 310 to 5.5in, but the oil holes in the crank wil have to be redrilled after the crank has been welded up and stroked. I know thw A series 283's have a wider main journal on thecrank, I'm not sure about the B and C series engines. Hope this helps
