If I want to pull Saturday, but not in the points does my tractor have to be inspected and approved for the division it will be pulling in? I have never pulled at a NATPA pull but am planning on pulling at this one. (Its close to home)

My tractor will have to pull in Div 3 NATPA because of the carb, intake, top cut tires, and side shields....But it is a Div 2 puller under EMTPA's rules because it is not stroked and meets the 18" & 24" hitch rules.Div 2 is allowed to run top cut under the rules of EMTPA. The biggest things that might tag people in all classes (and not allow them to pull with NATPA)is the wheelie bars and hitch configuration. As Charlies saids, read NATPA's rules closely.

Yes, to pull on Saturday you must pass NATPA tech, but for Sunday it is to EMTPA rules. I suggest anyone wanting to run both days read both rule sets carefully as there are small, but significant, differences between the 2.

Hope you can make it!

Roger, go to natpa.com then click on the rules link. You can find the division 2 rules there.
Far as I know, 1958 models are not legal in Div. 2
