Could it be the sled is built to pan heavy with that cummins engine? On some tracks it would be hard on a 4000lb and lighter tractor to start that sled.At best make 50ft. spin out.

Why is it you folks never offer classes for the smaller lighter weight tractors? I have been at your pulls before and there was no small tractors there like C or H Farmall, WC / WD Allis Chalmers, B John Deere's. If No light classes are offered you never will attract these size tractors. Maybe you don't want them? Most clubs will have a 3000# or a 3250, 3500# and 4000# class that usually draw a fair number of smaller tractors. Just curious why you don't have these classes. Thank You

the only resaon is there is no tractors in this area that pull under 4000lb. if the light tractors show up we would gladly have classes for them.

Well and the little tractors would have a some trouble starting that big Ol' ugly heartbreaker. I am planning to put one together to pull in the 3000 and up area. How many tractors do you need at a pull to have a class for them?

Joe

I am having a hard time finding a place to pull my little tractors too. I would like to see a 2500 or 3000lb class but I am told that they are not a crowd pleaser. No SMOKE,FLASH, or SPEED!!
But the old slow tractors got this whole things started right?

You might want to try garden tractor pulls , They are low HP pulls.
