what do you have to do to put smallblock chevy pistons in a super m? can you still run sleees?how long can you run it at a time without it melting the pistons?also how much horsepower would that add?

Why would you want to even try this? Besides the other bad things noted below, you will lose so much rotational mass that your torque will suffer an unbearable amount. Remember, using a heavier flywheel (more rotational mass) boosts torque, a lighter one (less mass) boosts the ability of the engine to reach top RPM faster, where it will still produce less measurable torque. In drag racing this is great, but in pulling a governed engine, this is highly undesirable.

if you ran the sb chevy pistons you are going to loose a good 2 inches of compression height from the stock ones at 3.124. have to make up the difference with a stroker crank or a custom set of rods or both.

you would lose HP compresion heigth is like 1/2 of,unless your having the pistons custom made.
