Has anyone ever dynoed their tractor after changing their manifold to a cool air intake and filter to compare h.p.? I know it helps, but curious what numbers people have seen.

My experience has been depending on the engines comp. ratio.Results have been Low comp. No. High comp . Yes.How much vacuum are you pulling above your carb? Venturi size? This will tell you a lot.Big carb, big manifold, good vacuum. Are we making and holding the horse power?But you will also have to rejet ,larger needle & seat, ample flow to the carb.In general, I am amazed at the dollars spent on cubic inches and the fuel & the ignition system overlooked. How many get on a Dyno? Earl
