Welcome fellow tractor pullers to the Clintonia Club. We pull in the general Lansing, MI area. We pride ourselves in having a class for everyone. In order to meet huge demand, Farm Stock Class was created for everyday work & show tractors. The response has been incredible. I would like to thank all pullers that came from near and far to have some fun at our BIG little club. General rules for Antique/Classic/Fun classes will be listed seperately. Here are the amended Farm Stock rules:Clintonia Antique Farm Power Club Rules for Farm Stock Class 1. General Rules: Any regulations not mentioned for the Farm Stock Class can be obtained from Clintonias general tractor pulling rules (Listed separately). |2. Entry: Farm stock tractors shall be manufactured in 1960 or before. A tractor cannot be entered in classes below its manufactured shipping weight. A farm stock tractor may pull in antique, classic, or fun classes if it meets the criteria for that class. 3. Rims / Wheels / Tires: Tractors must have OEM diameter rims and centers. Rim width may not exceed OEM. This also applies to welded rims that have been fitted to replace steel wheels. If a tractor was not originally equipped with pressed steel centers, OEM cast iron or spoke centers must be used. Use original hubs only. Tire size may be one size over original width for that make/model of tractor (but not exceeding the sizes listed under the general rules according to rim width). No sharpened tires. Road worn tires will be inspected and are subject to track officials discretion. 4. Speed: Speed is not to exceed 2.5 mph after a tractor passes the 50 ft. mark. If the speed limit horn sounds once after the 50 ft. mark is passed, the driver is disqualified. 5. Engine: Engines need to have a stock block and be naturally aspirated unless originally equipped from the factory with a blower or turbo. Stock heads, manifolds, and carburetors are to be used. Engine parts not listed in a parts book or replacement parts book for that specific make and model cannot be used. No electronic ignition systems, MSD, square, or chrome coils allowed. The only exceptions include magneto/distributor and 6V/12V generator/alternator conversions. 6. Appearance: Tractors must remain with the original appearance. If a part is not listed in the manufacturers parts book, it cannot be used. No extra accessories are allowed. No aluminum or chrome is allowed except for exhaust pipes. All guards, shrouds, covers, and shields shall be in the proper place and made of the original material (steel or iron). If there is no PTO shaft on the tractor, the rear end must have a factory cover in place. The tractor seat can be an original or a replacement seat (TSC) as long as stock mountings are used. No home made engine shrouds allowed. Alternators and straight pipe exhausts are okay. Hitches must remain as close to stock appearance as possible. Any altered items are subject to track officials discretion. 7. Farm stock rules are eligible for changes following the completion of the 2006-pulling season.
