Perry,
What weight classes and speeds? Will there be 10,000 and 10,000+...?

Spotter,

I'm not Perry but I know you might need this info quickly to make your plans. My flyer says 2500 to 10000 pound, all classes. Last time they had Farm Stock. 3 mph limit up to 6500 then 4 mph I believe. Tire size limit of 15.5 x 38 on Farm Stock only through 6500. Then 18.4 x 38 on the rest. Open classes 4, 8, and 12 mph. I know they had a Turbo class. I think there was a Modern class. Pretty much the same as Tunica rules except for the tire size limit on the lighter FARM STOCK. Running two sleds. The track was unbelievably good last time. Lots of shade trees. Ya'll come on over.

Perry you never responded to my question early in the week. Can I pull 15X38 tires in weight class under 6500 pounds?

Rahlo, you can pull 15.5x38 thur 6500lb. We have a pair of cut tires that are 15x34 they are the same as 18.4x34. You can pull in any of the 4mph open with 15x38 if your weight allows, or 7500lb thur 10,000lb farm stock.

Why is it you can ask a simple question and someone has to answer like a JERK!!!!! !!!!! !!!
I was asking a question to clear up any possible confusion there might be concerning tire size. I know that a 15X38 is an 18.4X38 but there might be a few young or novice pullers that might not know the difference in the new and old designations. By the way I can read and type and even spell a little. My post was very respectful, but if you want to get a JERK match started I can go with the best of them.

I think Perry dealt with the real question at hand. My tires do say 15 x 38 right under the 18.4 x 38. The newer measurement standards are different than the old tires had on them. Good to clear this issue up now rather than bringing a tractor with an old pair of 15 x 38s, (which are the same as newer 18.4 x 38s), and not be able to pull. The measurements used must be according to the new standards I guess. Good question Rahlo.
