Hey, I was reading your posts in page two when you were disputing some issues with Redman. I came to the conclusion that you must really be involved with these Deeres that never get beat. So, which tractor to you pull and where do you pull it? You never said what the name of your tractor is. Obviously you know alot about what it takes to win, and about those hypermax's the IH's are using. What makes you the professor? Or are you just another keyboard puller?

Please take these morons with a grain of salt. They obviously do not know that you have been at this sport longer than most of them have been here on the planet. Neither do they know that you are a phenominal wrench who has been building winning engines for over three decades. (Please don't hurt their feelings; they think that better governor springs are a bigger invention than either fire or the wheel. Maybe you can get a "deal" on them from chads.) Dr Phil, I just want to make known, that I did not bash this man for what he has, or what he has accomplished in the 3 decades of pulling and building. In the old Farmalls, yep, the good ol spring theory is good as gold, not playing in Eden, We play in the clay, just like any other hard working pulling team or one man band does it. So, Doc, I havent been around long as you gents have, so how bout setting a good example in good old fashioned, old school pulling. and if the young ones can help out the older fellows along the way, well, then thats bringing us closer together in a huge sport, in such a huge world. if you think fire, or the wheel is the only invention that can help win, well then the stone ages are where we all will be in the future. Fire, and the wheel is grand, but when we invented the universal Posi/limited slip differentials, well thats modern innovation. Puts fire, on the back burner,,,, Reguards,, ChadS

IMHO you are parasite on this board, unless you have become a sponsor, hawking a bunch of hyped merchandise, which could be bought from the site sponsors for a lot less. (Might be better stuff too?) I hope that this doesn't hurt too badly, but posi rearends have been around longer than you also. BTW, regards is not spelled with a "u". Close enough to be horsehsoes, though.

What have you done to the mountain mashing H you cannot hold in fourth gear? A super H third gear would get you about where you want to be, and the W-4 R and P would add around ten percent to that, not what you had hoped for. best, Phil

Phil sorry you feel that way! Yeah, posi rear ends have came along way from welding the spiders,,,,, Just too bad no one really dedicated themselves to offer a unit that is usable in all makes and models, and back up what offer. Ill talk all day long to someone who wants to listen about what I have. The H 4th gear was worn off to a taper onthe gear teeth, so it basicly wedged itself unmeshed upon torque. New gears, and the W4 r&p, I think it will be fine for what it will soon be. New shifter forks, and springs too. Chad

ok, I was paraphraising, and it was just ironic that Redsleds used the term "never lose." I didn't associate the term "never lose" with you, Jerry. Like I said, that was just chance. I have a 4010 and a 4520 that I pull and farm with plus 7 other John Deere tractors. I have wins in IL ,IN, OH, KY, and MI just to name a few. Now it`s yours and Redman`s turn. You can answer your own question.

436 engine,6000+ RPM and all the fuel it can burn with a little old T-18 stuffing air into it.

What I pull does not matter, because I don't go around runnin my mouth like I'm God's gift to a certain brand of tractors. This isn't a question about what brand anyone pulls. Personally, I think you are all talk and refuse to back up ANYTHING you say. Moreover, it is annoying, if not torturous, to hear someone talk as if they know it all, but refuse to back anything up. I don't care what you pull and I don't care how well you pull. All I care about is what qualifies you to come on here and act like the authority over a class that I doubt you even pull in. End of story.

You must be talking about Redsleds. Better reread if you have the intelligence to read. I have and do pull tractors whether you believe it or not I don`t care. Why don`t you jump all over Redman or Keyboard Puller. I posted what tractors I have, they have refused to do so along with Redsleds, and I bet you`ve never seen a tractor you`re just another keyboard Ninja.

I hear ya. they will know it when you take their money!! LOL! Pulling is a sport of who can git r done with what they have, red, green, yellow, whatever, long as it is a tractor pull, and you were there, that all that counts. Rochester Indiana has a good pull coming up called the BI County classic, real good pull! McKinnley's black and gold 1070 seems to do well, just a couple of older prostocks, and SS from yesteryear comes to pull. Check it out if your from around here. A 4010 sticks out in my mind called Ilean, for a 4010, it does run! Not many 4010-or 4020's round here hopped up that pull. Well, there was one from round winimac that was a gasser converted to alky, and was forsale, but never heard of what happened to it. Other than Ilean, thats the only ones Ive seen in a while. Chad
