I have bored it out .125 over and put in high compression aluminum pistons.Ive also made up a set of compression rings for in the block. I am also going to run a big nut carb. Do you all think one of Jerrys manifold will help me. And is there any thing else I can do for some more power. Thanks for any response.

I think a Jerry's manifold would probably screw it up more than helping it. I have a styled Jerry's head/manifold on a BIG A and it is filled in quite a bit, and after seeing both the styled and unstyled manifolds, I think the U.S. one is bigger that the styled. The port in the manifold will overhang the opening in the head and mess up the flow, beside the fact that it is insanely large.

As far as other ideas: high ratio roller rockers will pick up several hp. Make sure that your compression rings are not shrouding the valves and impeeding airflow. If you are tuning this on a dyno, make an air intake tube out of PVC and play w/ different lengths and diameters. The intake tube may be the cheapest HP I have seen.
