Hey ChadS.
Could you help me with what piston type to use on my 300. I am rebuilding it with 350 pistons and sleeves, but before I order some new ones, I would like to hear your opinion on what you think the best type would be, Domed or stepped head, or?
We are building this to pull with. Thanks for your help. Also what would be the cost for one of your gov. springs for an H and a 300?

Most aftermarket kits have firecraters for a standard rebuild. You could go to IH and get a set of High altitude pistons if they are still available. The firecraters are good, stepped heads,, just depends on how tall the domes are. I go firecraters, or the high altitudes. Chad
