Mr.confused, I was there at porter ok. The owner of this Deutz has to comply with the same rules as ever one else rules read no cut tires, and wheelie bars required this tractor did not meat these requirements. I talked to promoter said if these rules are met no problem to let them pull thanks tvman

i guess thats ok tv man, but after driving 400 miles to pull i think there should be some better way of working out a pull at that time, do you travel anyplace or any distance to pull are do you just pull local, was my understanding that he called b/4 going for the rules an was told rules, wheeile bars not mentioned, the reason i m concerned is i to travel to pull , an its very dispointing to drive an not get pull, your class

I see from your posting that you mentioned Carriage, did you mean Carthage? If so when did you pull and who did you call? I also believe this is not your tractor but it belongs to Jerry and he is not complaing and will be back.

As for the rules, Shoal Creek Tractor Club pulls to NATPA rules and wheelie bars are required for DIV II,III, and V.

Now if your are talking about the pull that was held in Carthage last summer, all the flyers said that the Antique and Classics would pull to Shoal Creek Rules, perhaps you made the mistake of calling the organizer for the Spring River sled and I cannot advise what his rules are. Different club, different pulling style, different rules.

Hope this clarifies things for you but if you still are not sure, then contact us and we will help you.

I was referring to your comment about the "Carriage" pull, I thought you meant the Carthage Pull, I did not know that Green Country had a carriage pull and I pull with them a lot. Sorry to confuse you more. But your more than welcome to come pull with us.
