I ve had an idea i want to make center drilled heads for my UB. This would be Hemi style with the spark plug in the center of the combustion chamber hoping to make a little more power. If anyone has done this or heard of it any advice would be great. Thanks

Your idea is not necessary. I think you are confusing the center fire idea of the deere's to the MM head. The deere's plug was on the side of the block on a maximum of a 6.75" bore of a D. When the bore was increase way past that the plug was no longer effective at firing the combustion chamber that was bigger. On the MM. The plug is near the center of the chamber already. If you want to help the MM. Figure out how to strengthen the center main.
