I have a Super C that was set up to run on kerosene originally. It still has the kerosene carb and exhaust,I would like to keep original but would like to pull some with it also. Now,how can I get it to pull and not look wimpy.I have tried a couple of times last year and although I didn't place last,I came close.Even had some other Super C's walk off from me.I might add,it has the wide front and the fast hitch. This makes the S.C. weigh in just under 4000 pounds. The motor is stock and just rebuilt.

4000 WAY TO HEAVY to pull super C. Take advice below and lighten that red machine up a little. I always see them pull 3000-3500 classes....Good luck.

I have a Super A the I put a 3 1/4 sleeve kit in. That would perk your SC up a little.

wouldn"t try shaffers idea. the h is a dry sleeve. it isn"t designed to hold without anything behind it. there should be some larger bore wet sleeves that could be shoe horned in. also look at lighten up a little. at 4000 lbs. the tractors around here are pretty big. like farmall h, oliver 77 some 88, massey 33 some 44,allis wds. they have double the cubic inches you have before they start working on them. get that c down to 2750 or 3000, it will be more competitive then.

may people put an H sleeve in the C or SC motor, You just have to have the bottom bored and set in silicone. They also use the H piston, really perks up that 123 motor.

id say that you should get it down to 3000 - maybe 3500. If it is completely stock, they usally don't have enough for 3500. My advice, Go as light as you can while keeping it stock.
