i am a new puller still learning.what is a good fuel to run in a stock motor with a k&n filter?

I'd run the lowest octane possible. The octane number is just a value that represents it's resistance to knocking, not it's power making ability. The higher the octane rating, the slower the "burn" rate. (and the less hp you make). only high compression engines need high octane fuel. Just my 2 cents worth.

I would run 87 octane the lower the octane you can run the more hp you can make, just make sure you have no spark knock
