TOM:
I have some farmall hitch questions for the club>
The stock farmall HORSESHOE bracket has several adjusting holes on each side (next to the rear tires) In stock form, about the second or third hole back makes the u bracket level to the ground!
Can an individual change the down rods or support rods, to a custom fabrication so they attach at the very farthest (out) hole.
This would offer less flex, and would be a modification.
just looking for your opinion on this matter.

thank you bud barenie

Mr G.
As I feel we have a little bit of trust in a tractor pulling relationship, I thank you for timely response and a clear cut answer !

I have made no changes, just looking at one individual who has and pulled it !
I would rather have a board member tell me the facts ahead of time, than hold up a pull !

Thank you Mr G.

bud; i dont think you will have a problem doing that rules state draw bar must level with ground with minimal shimming. doing what you suggest should be ok tom
