From experience!
IF your running close to stock cubic inch i would not recommend a cam grind at all.
Several years ago, i had one done for a 281ci m, cam grinder did a great job, price was fair, turn around time was excellent, no complaints.
The only problem was it was to much lift for that size motor, lost alot of low end torque. I would ask (if your pulling a farmall) all four of the major engine builders on this board, what to use and what the cost is ! START also with the correct camshaft also their are different grinds for (ranges) of cubic inch !

lemmons tractor service also is good.Roughly 225$ w/ a core for a mid range cam.I know for an H the mid range cam duration is 198.Supposed to be a 15-20% increase in power.# is 1-765-938-1808. ask for greg.
