WELL SEEMS ALLIED SPECIALITY INSURANCE COMPANY HAS A NEW RULING THAT ALL PULLERS WILL SIGN A RELEASE AT EVERY PULL. THIS HAS BEEN WITH THE ATPA AND OTHER BIG PULLERS FOR YEARS WITH WRIST BANDS REQUIRED TO ENTER PITS OR PULL. THEY HAVEN"T HAD US TO REQUIRE WRIST BANDS BUT RELEASES. WE AS PROMOTERS HAVE TO KEEP THESE FOR 2 YEARS AFTER THE PULLING EVENT. SO IF YOU GO TO A PULL THAT USES ALLIED INSURANCE PLEASE BE NICE ENOUGH TO SIGN AND KNOW ITS THEIR RULE NOT THE PROMOTERS. THOUGHT I WOULD LET THE PULLERS KNOW THIS IS COMING STARTING ON FEB 5,2005 THAT ALL USAP PULLS. I"M SURE EVERYONE WILL BE DOING THIS SOON. THANKS JOHN LAMPKIN (USAP)

Several pulling association's in the state of Michigan have been doing this for several years, so this has been coming for quite a while.
