THE 6 MPH CLASSES TURNED OUT TO WORK GREAT FOR US. WE HAD VERY FEW 8-12 MPH TRACTORS AT THE JAN 15. PULL AT PRINCETON,IN. THE GUYS TRIED IT JUST TO SEE WHERE THEIR TRACTORS WOULD RUN (GEAR AND THROTTLE) MANY FOUND A CLASS THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO PLAY WITH THE THROTTLE DOWN THE TRACK. I ALSO SAW TRACTORS DO BETTER AND NOT BLOW THE HORN LIKE THEY HAVE DONE IN THE 4MPH CLASS. IT WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CLASS FOR THE USAP. WITH THE 20% RPM RULE AND THE TRACTORS THAT PULL THESE CLASSES WE SAW A LOT GUYS SMILING AT THE END OF TRACK WITH THE DISTANCE THEY PULLED AT 6MPH. I HOPE WE HAVE HIT A GOOD SPEED FOR MOST TRACTORS. WE DID NOTICE AFTER ROB WATCHING THE MPH ON MOST TRACTORS THEY WERE RUNNING ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD RUN IN THE 8MPH CLASS ANY WAY BUT JUST WANTED PULL FASTER THAN 4 MPH. SO IT WORKED ONCE IT SHOULD WORK ALL THE TIME. HOPE TO SEE YOU FEB 5, PRINCETON,IN TO TRY IT YOURSELF. HAVE A GOOD DAY---JOHN ANY QUESTION CALL 270-929-5669--THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED AT THE PULL (SOS GANG YOUR HELP WAS GREAT)

We run a 6mph. class around the Mid-Tenn. area and it seems to work real good too. Some people don't realize how big of an engine you have to have to maintain 8mph., but 6mph. seems to bee a good fit for everyone. John, Keep up the good work, we are going to try to get up there and play with ya'll some since none of the clubs around here seem interested in runnning a good pull, all they can think about is getting home before dark and making rules to suit themselves.
