Hello to all. I am new at this but I was wonderin if anybody knows of any pulling events coming up in Northwest or western Arkansas this up-coming year. The closest ones Ive seen were the ones held in Mountain View a couple of months back. Thanks, Jon B. In AR

Jon, The Shoal Creek Tractor Club of Granby, MO has a minimum of 1 pull per month at out Pulling Grounds in Granby, MO beginning in April of 2005 thru October of 2005. We pull NATAP rules Divisions II, II, and IV with weight classes starting at 2,500 lbs.

Also we are hosting the Shoal Creek Show-Me Winter Nationals, a NATPA Scantioned Points Pull on Saturday January 22, 2005 at the Civil War Ranch Arena just off of Hwy 71 in Carthage, MO. Sign ups start on Friday January 21, 2005 at 4:00 PM for this event, NATPA Rules apply. Hook fees at #35.00 per hook for this event.

We are also having a fun pull on Friday January 21, 2005 at the arena with hook fees of $5.00 per hook.

On Sunday Janaury 23, 2005 we are having our final pull for the 2004 season at the arena, This is a make up pull for the rainout in October of 2004. Pull starts at 10:00 am on Sunday with hook fees of $8.00 for members and $12.00 for non members.

Give me a call if you would like more information, I am the Secretary for the Club, Hope to see you there, 417-860-2418 (cell) Patches.

Green Country Tractor Club will have at least 14 pulls this year 2005, All will be in N.E. Okla.except the one at Morrow Ar in June. The first club pull, will be at 12:00 on the 2nd of April, at Wagoner, Okla. You are sure welcome to come. Classes start at 2500lbs. Rain out # would be 918-483-7775

The NATPA Carthage, Mo pull is on Sat Jan 22nd. Best if you went the day before, I believe the pulling starts at 8am. You might want to find the NATPA web site and look over the rules in advance. They do tech inspection on tractors.

I believe the Shoal Creek club will also pull on Sunday, after the NATPA event on Sat. Should be a fun week end.

Jon, there will be 3 pulls at the Rustic Relics club in 2005, 2 day pull in May and Oct, and 1 day pull in June. There is also a pull about every weekend in either OK or MO. Call me at 479-846-4044 evening unless there is ARK basketball game. Additionally there is aNTPA pull in Cartledge MO the 23 of JAN. Plenty of action from April to Oct within 100 miles of Fayettville all summer. H.B.
