What does a Farmall M weigh without weights, without fluid in tires, with hydraulics, with PTO and with or without belt pulley assembly? Fenders and belt pulley assembly I can easily figure. As you probably can tell I am trying to get my M ready for a specific weight class. Not sure with 14.9 tires if I am better off trying for the 5000 or 5500# weight class. I do not think that I want to go higher without really reworking the engine. Any help and opinions are welcome. Thanks! Jim

you will have to strip to make 5000# class, lot of M's pull one front wheel to make the class.Probaly deciding factor will be how much ballast is in the seat. Good luck

My stock M weighs 5050# with me on it at 160#. It has hydraulics, no belt pulley, swinging drawbar, and both fenders. It has 13.6-38 tires.
