You could probably zing as much as 75 to 80 hp out of that detroit, but the rear in that 435 will never handle it for pulling. Most of them fail at much over 35 to 40 hp!

think I would start by going to about a 30% overdrive on the blower and then boring it out as much as possible, turn the injector pump up and install the injectors out of a 930 case I think (dont quote me on that) and then you will need to go to larger valves to get the air in there. try in and see....new of one that had 18.4-38 on on it that would spinn them any time
