I can build a header for you, but will need to know engine size, valve and port size, camshaft duration, fireing order and expected rpm range, a well engineared tuned equil length header will do more than any stroker crank ever will

Not for stock to 20 percent over rpms. A good LP
manifold or aftermarket Johnson manifold sized properly works very good. The manifold can be opened up and tapered inside to gradualy increase airspeed. Its hard to do this with tubing but not impossible(intake).
