Have had a great Thanksgiving, to much turkey, a good nap and great friends.
Have found a block, crank, cam, and other peices to put the "BIG BABY" 960 back together. It will not be ready for Tunica but I plan to come as a spectator and consultant about the results of HIGH RPM.

We all have so much to be thankful for but take things for granted most of the time. You know I ate too much today. That's why I'm typing at 2:30 AM. Nature has a way of reminding you about eating too much. I'll be on strict diet now until Tunica so I can get in those light classes. You probably need to talk to me about the RPM issue. I heard about the big 960's misfortune. Pops and Rahlo keep reminding me about it. The Hillbilly Hooker just smiles and says "wind 'er on up there !" It looks like my 700 CASE will make its debut at Tunica. Might as well bring the Bottle Baby over. This will be my first pull at Tunica. See you there.

We do have a lot to be thankful for. We also take a lot of things for granted. Lamont if you keep winding that 700 like I know it will, you will living proof of taking things for granted.

I put a throttle stop on it yesterday. It maxes out at 2100 now. That's all the rules at Tunica will allow anyway. You and Pops can stop worrying now. See ya at the shop in a little while.

Hey the stop works great. I was impressed. Also thanks to HH for helping with getting the rest of the brackets fabbed and welded on. I wasn't looking forward to working right up to the last minute on everything. Nice to have friends like HH and what a great asset Pops is to help with the brains of the company.
