puting 301 in farmall 560

my block in my 560 gas is cracked and I know were i can get a 301 out of a 715 combine.how much work is to get it to fit. thanks

Doing this right now to a 460gas have done a 560d.You need to get the front timeing cover and plate off your 560 and put it on the 301.Also change the engine oil filter base from tractor too combine engine.Also the oil bypass and return not hard to do drill a hole and plug a hole.If you don't do this your steering shaft won't clear along side the engine.Then just swap 560 parts on to the other engine clutch,flywheel etc.

I don't know what it takes, but I know a guy that has one set up that way. It's a tough competitor in the 12,500 lb class.
