Should I slide my rear tires all the way in or out. what is the best what are the advantage or disadvantage on this thanx for your help

if you pull a sled with a narrow pan, then setting tires to a wide stance to avoid the pile of dirt in front of the pan may help. otherwise, set them where you can see them from the driver's seat, so you can see what they're doing.

I like mine in tight as can be also, Gives me a better footprint where the sled just was and keeps it solid under the rubber . I also can change my offset and sometimes still get a piece of the hard ground under each tire !

Set the tires as narrow as practical! Wide setting tries to torque steer the tractor, therefore makeing it harder to go straight.
