IH 466 engine questions

I have a IH 466 engine with a rotary fuel pump, will a regular injection pump off a 1066 fit on this with no trouble?

bolts right up,no mods.
they use the same gears on all model 100 pumps on the 400 series engines.

I have never seen anything but a rotary pump on a 966, 1066 or 1466. The 10 and 14 pumps are the same , except for the HP. You need to check the gear on the pump. Count the number of teeth. I can't remember if the gear is the same or not. The HP, is easy to fix. As the old song say's, Pop a Top. Let me know if I can help. David
