Everyone seemed to have a good time at the Moto-Plex in LaOtto In. over the weekend. I heard they had about 630 hooks for the weekend. Really huge trophies on sunday for the trophy classes. Glad Arnold is ok after flipping his Ford tractor over backwards while loading up sunday. The main thing is he didn't get hurt.

I would just like to thank everyone that came to the pull. We had a total of 498 hooks for the antique tractors. Maybe we can get over 500 next time! We hope to have all the results posted to www.themotoplex.com in a couple of weeks.

This was the first time I came to this pull, and I had a really fun time. I pulled 3250 Div IV, and wish there would have been a few more people in the class, but still. Things went smoothly, and I know that I will be back next spring. Hope Arnold is OK, but I know that ford will be back to whippin me this spring in Michigan! THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THE HARD WORK!..... .AC

What tractor did you pull in the 3250 class? Just curious to see what is in that weight bracket. Thanks Shaggy

How did you do against Arnold? I'll bet the guys in div. 2 are glad he's moving the 960 up to div. 3-4. He told me he is going to lighten the 600 to pull possibly the 2600# class and up. Man he's tuff.

Arnold got me by about 4 feet. The reason We ran 3250 it is because Rocko wanted to see how the motor would pull in 2nd gear, Hi-side of the box. With that hard hooking track, it was too much and I just about snuffed it. If I had been in 1st hi side, I'd have got him. But that is how you learn. He put that motor back together and tuned it by ear, almost the night before, and it runs pretty well. I guess Arnold went out a got aluminum wheels for that 600. It is going to be so light, I'm in trouble....But then again my H is a lot heavier tractor, anyway. I pull against him up here in 3500 plus and open, and he gets me. Most of the time pretty bad. But, I can get into 3250 on that WC....Maybe I'll run it more, if Rodney lets me....AC

One thing about the track, we found out real quick you better add some extra weight on the nose. Also, hard to believe that this was only the second pull there. "Very well run"!
