I have a chance to pick up a W-4 IH for a decent price and I was wondering of they make good puller in a stock type class? Or are they to short and heavy? (Hard to balance)Thanks Shaggy

The ones that I have seen pull were not impressive at all. Tires are too small and all they do is spin.

Are you planning to go to any down south pulls to watch? Just curious? You didn't miss much up at Middle river. Typical gravel road, jump up a gear or two and still spin out. Not too many tractors but still a good time. They put on a good feed up there, lots of nice people also. You would have been in road gear with the 705, no problem. Maybe even the H.
