id try to figure out on how to hold a head gasket because it will leak. you might be looking at putting bigger head bolts in.

I have a 560 gas that I am rebuilding, and I have estimated it to be around 75 horsepower when I get done with it. Since you are only running the 1800 rpm's, that is where is will hurt you on the power. The 806's ran around, I think 2400, so I would estimate low to mid eighties w/ the 301 kit, and the pump turned up a bit. Best of luck with it!!

I would step up to the 291 kit. For the cost of a rebuild, would be a good economical upgrade to the 560. Years ago, dad had bought a hopped up 560D, at one time it had a turbo on it, but had been removed. it was a 291 engine kit wit the pump turned up a bit. would pull 4-16 plow in 3rd with the TA forward easily in good soil. If you can, step up to a later model engine camshaft, and maybe go through the injector pump to make sure it is up to snuff. ChadS
