thanks to all who answered my statements about checking hitch height and h.p. at the local pulls. Around here it's run what you "brung" except for about two pulls which are run like you guys describe,i.e. you can only pull one class at these two pulls, whereas you can pull as many as you like at the others except if they know the factory h.p. on your tractor, what I'm saying is they have h.p. limits on classes, but aren't checking h.p. or r.p.m.'s only by "listening" to you run, while not checking hitch height or even weight before you hook, but they were sure worried about me running a turbo, that for sure is unfair being that it is a diesel, also. I'm getting really gunshy about loading up, you know?

Ignore all the crying and complaining, that"s standard procedure in most motorsports (tractor pulling, racing, etc.). There is always someone bawling about other people cheating. Usually the biggest winer is the biggest cheater. Call them up before the pull, if their rules don"t suit you, don"t bring your tractor. Keep the $10-20 entry fee, don"t spend a whole day screwing around loading/unloading/hauling/lugging weights around/spending $50-100 on gas to go and put on a show for someone else/upkeep and $20 gas for your tractor. And all of this for a trophy (have you ever tried to sell a trophy for $100-200 dollars - it don"t work). Just kick back, crack open a beer, and flip on a NASCAR race or maybe do something in your shop that day that will make you $200 rather than cost you $200. Just a thought.

You sound like a fat, lazy looser that cheats and still cant win. Stay at home and drink your beer.
