Alright i got my new 11" rims for my Farmall H, every one is saying i should have went wider but is it worth it, i was going to put 13.6" tires on and i see this one really nice farmall with 13.6 tires. So im kinda convinced i dont need much wider, also as the guy im probly buying tires from said that an h would never have enough power to spin more than 13.6" tires. Also i was looking at a titan hi-power lug tires. What would you suggest?

Run em, will be pretty good tire to grab a bite for the height of the tire,,, yeah, you could have went bigger,, but you better be lighter in weight with a low hp engine. Really, if you wanted to spice up your H, put on the big carb and manifold off the super H-350 farmalls, you can use the 350 cam, it will help more too, but pay attention to how the carb is built, swap out the governor spring, ( ihave them if you need one, or 2) distributor,,, rebuild it, run a compression test,, see if all the cyls are close to each other in pressure, that will tell how solid the rings, and valve train is, sure, the pressure can vary, and you can readjust the valve lash to compensate the differences, sometimes, it can even the pressures out,,, increase pressure,, depends on how you tune it, lots say, well cubes is the only way for power,, well true,, but for an engine that is not even close to being peak HP for that engine,, it is all in the engine controls when it comes down to it, there is HP hiding in your H, and can cost less than 100 bucks to pick up 5-7 more hp easily, and not do anything major to the engine. So all this 350 stuff will fit bolt right on my tractor? when you say swap out the governer spring im guessing you me put the 350 springs in it, am i correct? And you say rebuild the distributer? I just put new points and condensor it it. I have a std. overhual kit coming so i dont have to worry about compression right now. Also when you say manifold, you mean exhuast manifold? If you do mean exhuast manifold does the diameter change it the outlet pipe becuase i was going 2 buy a straight pipe but if the diameter changes then i will wait.

No, question,,,,, , at wide open throtle, can you back the main fuel adjustment out, and make it smoke, or run rich? If not, rejet it, it is a simple process. ChadS
