The block is not leaking, its the squared combustion chambers on the head. The fire ring is on the inside of the edges of the chambers, ring is not being crushed in these areas. Back corners next to the valves.

Is it overbored? the firering is hanging over the cyl as well? There is a larger, stock gasket that will hold up to a 3-13/16 bore, it has a larger cyl fire ring diameter, the head set is off of a C-175 engine, (late 350-and industial engines) I got mine through napa,,, should seal ya up if that is the case. if not, I have copper gaskets,, is it still sleeved? Chad

Chad Carb jetting info down few posts with G-Man's question. Seems to be some larger jets depending on displacememt, HP and fuel type. My home e-mail is messed up. I can recieve sometimes if it doesn't crash on low memory. Can't send at all after installing some super duper Norton antivirus software.
