Wanted to thank all the pullers who came to Carthage, Missouri last night to support the Shoal Creek Tractor Club with the Shriners Children's Hospital benefit pull. As most of you know, all proceeds go to the Childrens Hospital and we all know what wonderful things are accomplished there.

We finished pulling at 1:30 this morning, we were tired, but oh so happy.

And as a special note to Norman Drake: Looks like the "SIDE SHOW" turned into "THE MAIN EVENT".

Thanks guys, we appreciate your coming down. See ya on August 14 at 5:00 PM in Granby and HAPPY PULLING!

HAY PATCHES. IT SURE WAS A GREAT PULL, BUT WHAT WAS ALL THE RUMBLING I HEARD ABOUT SPRING RIVER SLED DRIVER PUTTING THE HAMMER DOWN ON CERTAIN PULLERS. I WAS JUST A SPECTATOR BUT THAT SURE WOULD PUT A BLACK MARK ON THE SPORT. HOPE THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN, AND IF IT DID IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
