Id like to mount some suitcase weights on 50 somewhere on the rear to give more weight to the rear tires. Where is the best place to put them? I've seen them on the axles and draw bar frames. Thanks for any input.

I bolt all mine up to the axle, now if you can bolt the bracket to the drawbar, then you would save some energy on lifting them. But depending on the type weights and the rules that your club has, some dont let the weights hang put past the rear tires, either one should be fine but just check your rules and if you cant have weights past the rear wheels, if you go with the drawbar setup just make sure the weights arent sticking out past the wheels. But remember the more weight you put on the back the lighter the front gets, depending on the track, hitch height ect. but after you get this bracket built you might have to put one in the middle to help keep the front end down.
