Looking for larger intake for my 560 with good feedback from Cody and ChadS. Does anyone know if the 715 combine with the c-301 engine has a larger intake than the 560 or does anyone know where I could get a Johnson intake or any aftermarket, homemade one setup for updraft carb.

Yes A 715 combine does have a larger intake and exhaust, you will have to drill your exhaust hole out on top and put a plate on the side of the exhaust where it comes out on a combind, I am going thru that project now

The manifold I have on my 460, is off the 403 combine, it has a slighty larger intake that a 460,560,706. the exhaust was threaded into the hole, I took off the adapter, and retapped the hole to clean up the threads, put the pipe right in. Same pipe as H,M,400,450 etc etc. the 715 has a same intake as the 403, 503, 615,715, the difference is in the exhaust manifold, where the later 403, 503 combines had a slightly narrower exhaust runner than the 715. Also grab the governor assembly off the combine as well, high rpm unit, bolts right on, just have to use the governor spring assembley off the combine engine to use the single arm governor, and the 560 linkage. Chads
