I have an M with 7.5 stoke and had to cut into the water jacket when making room for the rods and now after the first pull it started leaking water into the oil does any one know of a good sealent I schould try??? Thanks

I see murfelds(don't know correct spelling)motor supply has block poxy, might work to put a couple inches in the bottom. No matter how clean things are water seams to weep by hardblok after time. I fought with one and finaly gave up and filled it with hardblok and capped the water ports in the head, works fine, engine will heat up when idleing but is cooler at the end of a run than when you start, can make at least 3 runs in a short amount of time.

is it hard blocked? if not, you may need to fill up the bottom of the block about 6 inches, if that,, to seal it up. I fought and fought the same problem with my old block in Something Wilder, my H,, I tried probably 20 different sealers, no luck. Ended up, removing the water, replaced it with engine oil, same as the crankcase oil, so when it did leak,, it leaked oil in the pan, not water. Is this the solution for you??? Maybe, maybe not,, for me it was a last resort, it kept it cool, normally it ran 150, now 130,, it will heat up after it shut off, mine will go up to about 190, but start it up, it cools right back down. Make sure that is where it is leaking from!! Hope this helps,, Chad
