What are my chances that the distributer that I sent to Denny's Carb shop (please don't beat me up over this, I've had good service before from them) will actually have been shipped when they said they did this time. I first talked to DCS 2 weeks ago, was told that their turn-around time was 3 days. I sent my parts in to be worked on the next day, called DCS June 1, was told that my parts had arrived, were done and all parts would be shipped June 2. They never showed up (for the first pull of year June 5). I called June 8, asked where my parts were, was told that they were shipped June 7, asked for a UPS tracking number of shipment, was told that she didn't have it there, but could get it for me. I called DCS today, June 9, (haven't recieved parts YET) asked for tracking number, was told that the shipping dept. was so busy right then, but they would call back with it. (still wait for the call). What do you think my chances are that they shipped to me this time? Maybe I'll get 2 shipments! I've delt with DCS before, had good results with them. I've also seen alot of DCS bashing on this board before that I've taken with a grain of salt, but I'm starting to believe them!!!!! ! I don't like getting lied to!!!!!
