not sure about Troy "center". there ia a club that pulls in Troy twp , Ohio, GCATPA. Pulls there are may 1st, may 15th, june 5th, june 12th, Aug 7th, Sept 18th, and Oct 2nd. A, B, C, V/8 and Div 5 turbo. near intersection of US 422, and ohio rt 700, N.E.Ohio. Don

quick version
"A" class no cuts , 3.5 mph, HP limit (about the same as mile branch)
"B" cuts , 5mph, no HP limit
"C" cuts, no speed limit Div 5 runs Central Ohio's rule
and V/8's (run a little faster than M.B.)
