Got me some of those truck plugs we had talked about earlier. Might be a little close to the piston. Im not really sure what these kind of plugs are supposed to do . I usually use C-87s,but these new truck plugs seem to be the big talk at our pulls. Would somebody please tell me the advantage. The 4130s seem to be alot longer. Any info would be helpful thanks . TYLER

Also what gap is best to use with the 4130s

The reach of the plug will put the tip over the piston more,, so as to give better burn of the mix,as far as gap goes, what size coil are ya running?,if it's about 40,000 volt than 35thns will be fine,,if it's 80,000 volts than 45thns will work,(this is just an example),what kind of ignition are you running?????,I run a computer controled ignition on my puller, and with copper core plugs I can run gaps of 60thns,,,did this help?,,,

I run a hot mag from magneeders. Ive always had good luck with them . Plus I go by the simpler the better. Not sure if there is suck a thang in tractor pulling . Im not sure of the voltage. You could probably tell me more about that than I know.
