This is the old Lone Star Sled I believe. It was used way back in the day all across the state of Texas. It will be one of the sleds used in Burton, Texas on April 30, May 1 & 2. Full drive on scale, fresh in from Nebraska will be used to weigh tractors. $15 hook fee.

FYI,,, there is an option, when posting pictures, that will make them smaller when you post the pics, so everyone does not have t scroll across the screen to see the entire photo, Hope this helps! Great picture by the way!!! ChadS

Thanks for the info ChadS. It was my first time to post. Also, I emailed you about a SM Farmall. Wondering if you got it. Thanks.

I saw that you posted a few weeks back about the new scales and .. I think something about a new sled??? and competition for the TATPA... I think this will be good for all.. as long as the dates are spred around... I know of 5 sets of sled and scales that are used for Antiques in Texas.. (TATPA, Sandyland, East Texas, Burton, and Stephenville (just got a set).. There are a few other sleds that are used for weighted and non weighted pulls.. And a few that are used for Trucks and other events.. (I think there is one or two around the DeLeon area.) I know this will be good for the people that are always working the TATPA events... sometimes is it nice just to go to a pull instead of working the events..

The East Texas (Event is in Henderson), and Stevenville clubs are both having pulls this weekend... (Stevenville is closer.. but think we are headed to Henderson.) JDGnut
