I was wondering whats the most common broken part on a Farmall mostly. But I am curious about all the rest too. Other than the POCKET book.

I find alot of driveshaft couplings loose, or worn on most tractors. usually have to repace the bolts, and the rubber/steel washers to keep the coupler from comming apart. Shaggy, do you have any Super C or 153 engines for parts? ChadS

As the most common in all the tractors I would have to say the front weight bracket if one comes down too hard fully loaded. Not all though, some are really well engineered and strong but I have witnessed more weight brackets breaking than any other part.Rear hubs are a close second.

On the Farmall's.. I just don't see how those little gears hold together in the trany... they do.. but look at the trany on a 2 cylinder Deere and then the trany on a Farmall.. Looks like a car trany.. lol.. JDGnut

JD 2 cyls needed heavier geard because of the lower engine rpms and higher gear ratios.

On a Farmall most of it. Why do you think
they have sold out several times.
Farmall/International no longer exist.
