What do you have to do to put a 501 RDT motor in a 560 or 460? How much would it coust?

Grind the block to clear the frame rails.
Mill/drill a 460 flywheel down or find another option.
Rework intake and exhaust to fit inside shide shields and under hood.
Replace oil filter mount/adaptor with something that fits inside the sheetmetal to filter the oil and regulate oil pressure.
Rework/replace the frontend to clear the front pulley. Make front motor mounts. Drill holes in bellhousing and block to make adaptor plate mount to motor and bellhousing.
Cut the adaptor plate to clear the lower oil flange seal.
Use an electric water pump or work out the stock WP, Get a valium prescription.

Cost, depends on how resourceful you are.
