Pic-Pike County Stud 4010 JD Puller From 1971

Here is a picture of the well known Pike County Stud 4010 JD puller owned by Donald McKinnon from Pleasant Hill,Illinois.Donald was the 1971 NTPA champ at 7000 lbs.

I think I took this picture at Bethany,MO in 1971.From the 60's to the 80's the McKinnons were one of the pullingest families in the country.Youd better bring a good tractor to beat them.They pulled IH's,JD's,but were best remembered for their D-21 AC's.Sonny McKinnon pulled a modified tractor.
