Our terrific community lost Matthew E. Collard to brain cancer on Feb. 5. He was the loving son of Joe and Patty Collard of Owasco and West Niles area. Matt was an avid tractor puller, President of the Mid-Lakes Power of the Past pulling club and just an all around real likeable and real good fella. We will all miss him.
Memorial service is to take place at the Owasco Reformed Church at 11:00 AM on Feb 10.

I am sorry for the loss. I wish to extend my sympathies to his family, as I am now experiencing what they went through, as my girlfriend is suffering from a malignent brain tumor. My thoughts and prayers are with you..AC
